Supporting Emotional Wellbeing

We recognise that children learn best when they feel safe, understood, and emotionally regulated. Our wellbeing programmes include:

Zones of Regulation

Students learn to identify and manage their emotions using the Zones framework, developing self-awareness and strategies to regulate their feelings and responses throughout the day.

Social Stencil

From Years 3-6, students engage with the Social Stencil to build essential social skills, understand social situations, and develop positive relationships with peers and adults.

Respectful Relationships

Through the Respectful Relationships program, we foster gender equity, respect, and healthy relationship skills, empowering our students to build positive connections and stand against discrimination and violence.
